Bread: Enriched Dough | £79
This is an enriched dough bread workshop which has an emphasis on creating several impressive loaves and rolls both savoury and sweet. Enriched bread are typically enhanced with good stuff in addition to the bare essentials of flour, yeast, salt, and water, and contain eggs, sugar, milk, butter and sometimes olive oil. Suitable for all abilities, complete novice bread makers and serious bread fiends alike!
Recipes on this course may include:
- Chocolate Brioche
- Lemon and Raspberry Sweet Swirl Tear and Share
- Devonshire splits
The course will run from 10am until 3pm and include a light lunch and tea/coffee refreshments. This course will be a fully hands on experience and include all the ingredients, equipment, refreshments and recipes for the day.
