Bread Workshop: Festive Bread | Saturday 11th December | 10am – 3pm

Course Details…

Join us for this festive bread workshop for Christmas and get into the spirit of the season. You’ll enjoy a rewarding day of festive bread making, preparing for Christmas. You will make a cinnamon star bread, an impressive Pandoro star, a spiced soda bread and a caramelised onion and brie Christmas Tree tear and share. Make in advance and store for the big festivities, or eat immediately and make more now you know how!

We will guide you through every step, from discussing ingredients, equipment, suppliers to mixing and kneading the dough, proving, shaping, scoring, basting and baking. Suitable for all abilities.

The course will run from 10am until 3pm and include a light lunch and tea/coffee refreshments. This course will be a fully hands on experience and include all the ingredients, equipment, refreshments and recipes for the day.
