Love a Sunday Roast but hate the washing up? Feel as though the timings of a roast dinner always get the better of you? If these questions apply to you then our Easy Roasts class may be the solution. In this class you will learn how to make a tasty roast with easy yet delicious make ahead sides and a rich gravy which can be made ahead and even frozen. You will also learn about various roast meats and how to make them succulent and flavoursome. The class will show that you can make a delicious roast for two or twelve with make ahead tips and tricks.
Recipes on this course may include-
- Lemon and Tarragon Roast Chicken
- Slow Roast Lamb Shoulder
- The ultimate make ahead gravy
- Potatoes Boulangeres
- Roasted Roots with Garlic, Thyme and Sticky Balsamic
- Seasonal Sauteed Greens
The course will run from 10.00am until 1.00pm and includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions and refreshments. All the ingredients, equipment and the recipes for the day will be provided.
