Join us at the Outdoor Kitchen at the Food Hub for a day learning to cook all things fishy! Get ready for the summer and learn lots of tips and tricks to impress your friends and make the most out of your outdoor cooking space. You will cook all of these dishes on our outdoor equipment including BBQ’s, pizza ovens and open fire cooking. At the end of the session you will sit down and feast on the delicious dishes that you have prepared.

Recipes may include-

  • Coconut and Lime Marinated Hake with Flatbreads and Pineapple Salsa
  • Moules Mariniere
  • Plank Smoked Salmon
  • Stuffed Squid with Garlic Breadcrumbs
  • Grilled Mackerel with Gooseberry Compote Crostini

The course will run from 10am until 2pm and includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions, three-course lunch and refreshments. All the ingredients, equipment and recipes for the day will be provided.
