Baking Workshop | Saturday 9th January | 10am – 3pm
Join us for a day of Scandelicious baking. Taste and explore the baked delights of the Nordic countries. You will learn new baking techniques and be introduced to new flavours and textures in baking. Experience the art of traditional Norwegian baking in a relaxed atmosphere at The Food Hub Cookery School. By the end of the course you’ll have gained invaluable experience in the more challenging aspects of Scandinavian baking and you’ll have the confidence to continue baking in your own kitchen. By the end of the course you’ll be all set to create your own Hygge moments!
Recipes on this course may include:
- Sticky Cinnamon Buns
- Almond & Poppy Seed cakes
- Swedish Cardamom Buns
- Rye Bread
You will take home delicious bakes at the end of the course. The course will run from 10am until 3pm and include tea/coffee refreshments. This course will be a fully hands on experience and include all the ingredients, equipment, refreshments and recipes.
