Course Details…

Join us to learn how to make delicious stocks and sauces. From a range of classic sauces and reductions to jus and gravy, we will teach you how to make show-stopping sauces that will enhance your cookery. This course is aimed at those who would like to gain a greater understanding of makes a great sauce and how to match a sauce to a meal. From Mayonnaise to Hollandaise, classic French style sauces to more refined reduced butter sauces, you will leave with the confidence to tackle any sauce!

Recipes on this course may include:

  • Stock
  • Gravy
  • Mayonnaise
  • Bechamel

The course will run from 10.00am until 1.00pm and includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions and refreshments. All the ingredients, equipment and recipes for the day will be provided.
