About us

Situated in the heart of Suffolk, the cookery school is located within the picturesque Kenton Hall Estate. The estate features a wedding venue, a glamping site, and a 180-hectare mixed arable and livestock farm. The school itself is housed in a converted cow byre, which also accommodates a butcher equipped with smokehouse and curing facilities, along with a fully operational commercial kitchen.

Originally opened in 2014, the cookery school underwent a refurbishment in 2023 and now operates as a Miele partnership cookery school.

The kitchen is fully equipped with individual workstations for up to 12 participants. A dedicated chef tutor station, complete with a camera and display screens, is available for live demonstrations. The school was thoughtfully designed to make students feel both welcomed and at home, while also providing the professional atmosphere of a high-performance kitchen.

Offering a relaxed and informal environment, the school welcomes individuals of all skill levels to learn, cook, dine, and create lasting memories. It proudly partners with some of the industry's leading brands, including Weber, Gozney, Kenwood and Oxo, ensuring that all courses are supported by top-quality equipment.
