Our authentic Mexican cooking course will take you on a culinary journey through the vibrant and diverse flavours of Mexico. You'll learn how to use exotic spices like cumin, paprika, and coriander, as well as traditional ingredients like masa harina, nopal cactus, and chipotle peppers.
During the course, our experienced chefs will guide you through the preparation of a range of classic Mexican dishes that are rich in flavour and steeped in tradition.
The courses runs from 10am-3pm and includes refreshments, lunch and all ingredients. You will take home all of the food you have prepared.
