Greek Mezze

Would you like to transport yourself back to wonderful holidays in Greece and imagine you are at an authentic Trattoria surrounded by delicious food? Then join us at this Greek Mezze cooking club and learn to cook flavoursome and interesting dishes. A Greek mezze is essentially a variety of small plates, designed for sharing. Create a mini selection to accompany drinks, the start of the meal or really go to town and build a full mezze table as a main meal to share and celebrate with family and friends.

Recipes may include: 

  • Red Pepper Houmous

  • Spinach and feta filo parcels 

  • Lamb Kofta

  • Halloumi and Courgette Fritters

  • Smokey Aubergine Salad

The course will run from 6pm until 8pm and include tea/coffee refreshments. This course will be a fully hands on experience and include all the ingredients, equipment, refreshments and recipes for the evening.
