Maria's stellar CV includes stints working with Stephen Terry, Ferran Adria and Elena Arzak. The Greek-Cypriot chef is a supper club host, pop up chef, restaurant consultant and author of 3 award wining books:: The Modern Vegetarian, Full of Flavour and Smashing Plates which draws on her Anglo Greek heritage-redefining Greek cuisine as we know it!

She has appeared on numerous television programmes, including Saturday Kitchen and Ready Steady Cook and has also contributed to a wide variety of publications from the Guardian to BBC Good Food Magazine.

Join Maria on this delicious class where she will inspire you to create beautiful dishes from across the Med! Learn how to make crowd pleasing delicious food for all of your friends and family whilst picking up great tips and tricks.

Example dishes:

  • Carrot Keftedes, Tahini Sauce and Carrot Tabbouleh

  • Houmous, Charred Radishes, Pistachio and Za’atar

  • Pork Stuffed Tomatoes with Fennel Seed Tzatziki

  • Greek Yoghurt Flatbreads filled with Pork Souvlaki, Tzatziki and Salad

  • Cardamom Mahalepi with Rose Roasted Rhubarb

The course will run from 10.00am until 3.00pm and includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions, lunch and refreshments. All the ingredients, equipment and the recipes for the day will be provided.
