Middle Eastern Cookery Course

Join us for a day filled with Middle Eastern delights! Middle Eastern cuisine is filled with aromatic ingredients and fragrant spices which are now becoming popular in the UK.  Explore new and exciting ingredients such as za'atar, sumac and pomegranate molasses whilst learning delicious dishes to wow your friends and family.

Recipes on this course may include:

  • Roasted Aubergine with Saffron Yoghurt

  • Falafel with Green Tahini sauce

  • Labneh, Roasted Tomatoes and Harissa

  • Baharat Spiced Chicken with Fattoush Salad

  • Sticky Pomegranate Salmon with a Buckwheat and Barberry Salad

The course will run from 10.00am until 3.00pm and includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions, lunch and refreshments. All the ingredients, equipment and the recipes for the day will be provided.
