Rose Paul Brunch Sessions-Hormone Health

In this 90 minute session, Nutritional Therapist Rose Paul will share all her knowledge about hormone health. Hormone balance plays a role for us all from puberty right through to old age, and adding in specific foods that support our hormones as well as balancing our blood sugars can be a powerful way to support health. Getting the balance can also help reduce symptoms such as PMS, acne, mood swings, fatigue, peri/menopausal symptoms and headaches. 

Learn about how proteins, fibre and healthy fats contribute to hormone balance and how we can add plenty of these foods into our breakfasts in a delicious way.

Along with useful information and plently of oppurtunity to ask questions, there will be a demonstration led by our resident chef Sophie who will show you how to make two delicious hormone healthy brunch recipes such as Super quick eggs and veg, Flax focaccia with a range of toppings or Hormone balance smoothies.

A Little about Rose-

Rose is a registered Nutritional Therapist, who qualified after 4 years study from the world-renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London. Her own health journey has led her to understand the power of food as medicine, and she works with clients to address the root cause of illness, using food and lifestyle to help support health from the inside out.

As a food lover, Rose aims to promote enjoyment of food and the importance of having a positive relationship with what we choose to eat.

The course will run from 10.00am until 11.30am and includes demonstration cookery session and refreshments. All the ingredients, equipment and recipes for the session will be provided.
