Join us at the Outdoor Kitchen at the Food Hub for a day of delicious cooking ‘smoke American style’! Get ready for the summer and learn lots of tips and tricks to impress your friends and make the most out of your outdoor cooking space. You will cook all of these dishes on our outdoor equipment including BBQ’s, pizza ovens and open fire cooking. At the end of the session you will sit down and feast on the delicious dishes that you have prepared.
The course will run from 09.00am until 1.00pm and includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions, lunch and refreshments. All the ingredients, equipment and the recipes for the day will be provided.
