Flavours of Greece

Transport yourself to a sun soaked Grecian taverna and learn how to make delicious Greek food with us at the Food Hub. Greek food is full of big fresh flavours using wonderful produce.

In this hands-on course, you will learn how to work with authentic Greek flavours to prepare classic dishes from savoury to sweet.

Recipes may include-

  • Grilled Sardines with Greek Salad Salsa

  • Skordalia

  • Shallots stuffed with Lamb

  • Cannellini Bean Salad

  • Honey and Pistachio cake with Orange Syrup

The course runs from 10am to 3pm and includes a light lunch, all ingredients, and refreshments throughout the day. By the end of the course, you will have gained the confidence and skills needed to create a variety of delicious and healthy dishes for your friends and family.
