Join Sue Hudson of 'Bread Workshops' for a delicious Easter Bread course which will get you ahead for your Easter celebrations. In addition to classic bakes, we will be showcasing Easter bakes from around the world. This workshop is suitable for beginners or to add new breads to your repertoire.
You'll leave with some truly wicked additions to your festive Easter table!
Recipes on this course may include:
A Dozen Hot Cross Buns
Chocolate and Pecan Babka Rolls
Carrot and Toasted Walnut Soda Bread
Date and Almond Biscotti
The course will run from 10am until 3pm and include a light lunch and tea/coffee refreshments. This course will be a fully hands on experience and include all the ingredients, equipment, refreshments and recipes for the day.
