In this hands on masterclass you will learn how to make delicious macarons dispelling the myth that these delicacies are impossible to make. We will discuss everything from the perfect recipe to tips on colouring, flavouring, piping and filling. During the class you will make a batch of macarons and fill them with homemade ganache and citrus curd.
Recipes on this course may include-
Mint and white chocolate macarons
Raspberry macarons
Tiramisu macarons
Passionfruit macarons
The course will run from 10.00am until 1.00pm and includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions and refreshments. All the ingredients, equipment and recipes for the day will be provided.
