Macaron Masterclass - Fri 20th September

Led by our expert chef, you'll learn everything from the perfect macaroon recipe to tips on colouring, flavouring, piping, and filling. You'll also have the opportunity to make a batch of macaroons and fill them with homemade ganache and citrus curd. Our recipe options include mint and white chocolate, raspberry, tiramisu, and passionfruit macaroons.

Our Macaroons Masterclass is perfect for anyone looking to enhance their baking skills, whether you're a beginner or an experienced baker. The course will run from 10.00am until 1.00pm and includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions and refreshments. All ingredients, equipment, and recipes for the day will be provided.
