Rose Paul Brunch Sessions-Fasting and Breaking the Fast

In this 90 minute session, Nutritional Therapist Rose Paul will share all her knowledge about fasting and how to break a fast. There is so much information emerging about intermittent fasting and having a longer overnight fast, but does it matter what we eat between fasting and what we choose to break the fast with? 

Research shows that we can manipulate different areas of health such as gut health, immune function and fat burning by breaking a fast with different foods. Learn about ways to nourish the body after the overnight fast, which foods to focus on and why!

Along with useful information and plently of opportunity to ask questions, there will be a demonstration led by our resident chef Sophie who will show you how to make two delicious healthy brunch recipes such as Avocado & kimchi with poached eggs and Bone broth with miso. We will also show you how to power up your coffee.

A Little about Rose-

Rose is a registered Nutritional Therapist, who qualified after 4 years study from the world-renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London. Her own health journey has led her to understand the power of food as medicine, and she works with clients to address the root cause of illness, using food and lifestyle to help support health from the inside out.

As a food lover, Rose aims to promote enjoyment of food and the importance of having a positive relationship with what we choose to eat.

The course will run from 10.00am until 11.30am and includes demonstration cookery session and refreshments. All the ingredients, equipment and recipes for the session will be provided.
