Our Italian Cookery Course is the perfect opportunity for anyone who loves Italian cuisine and wants to learn how to create it at home. Led by our talented chef, you will spend the day in our beautiful cookery school, learning how to make a range of classic Italian dishes, from pasta dough to delicious sauces and mains.

Starting with the basics of pasta-making, we will show you how to make your own pasta dough and guide you through a number of delicious variations. 

Our chef will guide you through each recipe, sharing tips and techniques to ensure that your dishes are perfectly cooked and full of flavour.

By the end of the course, you will have mastered the art of pasta-making and have a range of classic Italian recipes to impress your friends and family with. You will leave with a full stomach, a new set of skills, and a recipe booklet so that you can recreate the dishes at home.
