Whether you're a beginner or an experienced gardener, you'll learn tips and tricks to ensure a successful vegetable patch, and discover how to create delicious dishes using your fresh, homegrown produce.

Spend the morning with Five Rod Farm gardener Cam, who will guide you through the process of cultivating your garden and help you harvest some of his delicious produce. You'll then take your fresh ingredients to the kitchen, where our experienced chef Sophie will teach you how to create a variety of mouth-watering recipes.

You'll learn to prepare dishes like Courgette and Halloumi Fritters with a mint and chili dressing, Charred Fennel Salad with orange and hazelnuts, Courgette and Broad bean pasta, Berry Mille Feuille with Gooseberry Curd, Griddled Asian Courgette Salad, and Roasted Squash with Pomegranate Molasses, Braised Onion, Chilli, Rocket and Garlic Yogurt Dressing.

The course will run from 10.00am until 3.00pm and includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions, lunch and refreshments. All the ingredients, equipment and recipes for the day will be provided, so all you need to bring is a passion for gardening and a love of cooking.
